Specialising in the leading brands of Canon, Konica Minolta, Develop, and Lexmark, at Air Copiers we appreciate that selecting the solution is important but more so perhaps is who is supplying, installing and supporting your new system and we are committed to providing quality service, and only recommend equipment that we trust 100%. Having worked over the years with every market sector we have the expertise to help select the most appropriate equipment and software to integrate into any business workflow. We will offer you the solution that suits your business best not a solution that suits us or our targets.
Our contracts are clean and transparent and you will not find yourself locked into an onerous minimum billing or volume agreement. Indeed we don’t lock you in at all, we trust in our provision of quality personal service and support to retain you over the years rather than a dubious contractual tie.

From the moment I dealt with Peter and his team I knew I was in good hands. The installation and setting up of the printers was flawless, and when they came across issues at a couple of sites, they were quick to resolve those issues so that printers could be installed without any significant delays. The printers themselves have been very reliable but on the odd occasion when we have had to contact Air Copiers about a problem, they have been very helpful and have sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. In the summer, Craig supplied us with a Ricoh 7500 (including the 5th Colour) and efficiently coordinated the removal of our previous Xerox 180 through Air Copiers. The entire process was managed smoothly from start to finish, with excellent communication and attention to detail. Craig’s account management has been consistently outstanding. I have always received a highly personal level of service, with support that goes above and beyond what we typically experience in this industry. We've had the imagePRESS C265 for 9 months and it's proven to be a reliable workhorse. It resides in our staff work-room and has printed half a million impressions in that time, with only 4 stoppages. Both of which were resolved within a day by AirCopiers. We love the large touchscreen and the speed of prints from the machine, as well as the quality of the prints and flexibility of the finisher. A solid machine that is highly recommended as a production machine.

I contacted Peter several months ago as we were nearing the end of our previous contract, all I can say is that we were paying an eye watering three figure amount each quarter which Peter has managed to reduce significantly. Peter and his team have been amazing throughout, they have kept in close contact and have been reassuring throughout the changeover process. Our previous supplier were going to charge us another three figure sum to collect their machines and carry out a data wipe. Peter simply took care of it all for us and again, we managed to save a lot of money. I can honestly say we did look at other companies, but Peter was local, friendly, honest and offered the best price. We now have machines that serve our needs perfectly at a fraction of the price we had been paying for the last 5 years.
