How to add a scan to email address to a Konica Minolta bizhub

Open a web browser.

Type the IP address of the copier in question into the address bar and press Enter.
N.B. Be careful that you enter the address into the address bar of the browser, and not a search engine.

If a login screen appears, select Public User and click Login.

Once the Konica Page Scope web page appears, click Store Address.

Click New Registration.

Select E-mail and click OK.

Select Use opening number. Under Name, enter the name of the person that is being scanned to. Under Index, select the first letter of the destination name, and tick the Main box. Under E-mail Address type the user’s email address.

Click OK.

Click Return. Alternatively click Continue Registration to enter another scan destination immediately.

The address will now be registered in the address book under the Scan/Fax button on the copier.
